In a nutshell:

  • Shipping within the U.S. only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $168.88 or more.

  • Fast dispatch. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Easy tracking. Track your order anytime via your account or email confirmation.

  • Two shipping options available at checkout: Economy and Standard.

  • Estimated delivery times: Economy (3–7 business days) / Standard (5–11 business days). Times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Detailed Policy:

  • Fulfillment Location: Your order is packed and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center to ensure faster delivery.

  • Carriers: Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, your order will be delivered via LuWei Ordinary US or CJPacket Super Pure Electricity.

  • Phone Number: Please provide your phone number at checkout. The courier may contact you via phone or email if any delivery issues arise.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or peak shopping seasons.

  • No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses can only be changed before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be updated.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Pre-orders & Backorders: Pre-ordered or out-of-stock items will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as they become available.
